Construction Litigation

My regional practice includes the representation of owners (public and private), design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, and lenders on various matters arising in the construction industry. My main focus involves disputes arising out of public works and private commercial projects.

In addition to construction matters, I also assist clients in general business or commercial disputes on a wide variety of matters, such as the sale of goods, shareholder and partnership disputes, business dissolution, business defamation, trade secrets, labor and employment matters, insurance coverage disputes, and general contract disputes.

I have served as lead counsel in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration proceedings throughout Washington, Idaho, Montana and California. I have also represented clients before various federal and state administrative boards and before the Court of Federal Claims.

I have extensive experience handling complex litigation, often involving multiple parties with complicated contractual and legal issues. With the aid of technology, my firm is able to handle and manage cases involving tens of thousands of pages of documents and large volumes of electronically-stored information.
