I assist clients with developing contracts and other documents for their businesses and their construction projects. Over the years, I have worked with owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop standard forms to address common issues of concerns on their projects. I also assist clients in reviewing, understanding, and modifying standard form agreements, including forms produced by the American Institute of Architects, ConsensusDocs, and the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee.
